Love it April 19, 2010 Jeffrey This is a great netbook. It does everything promised, and more. It does not have the ability of a laptop or desktop, but at times it performes as good as or better than my laptop. Windows 7 is neat. The only downfall I see with Windows 7 Starter is that you can not change the desktop picture. All in all, I love this netbook!
A cool netbook April 16, 2010 Akshay I have been using this netbook for the last one month, it works like a charm. I bought a 2GB RAM to replace the 1GB it came with, pretty easy to upgrade. Installed ubuntu and it runs beautifully.
Great machine - looked at a lot of netbooks- decided on this one! April 14, 2010 Bookaholic Arkansas 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The keyboard is A+++++ if you are a "real typist". It's even okay for a "hunt and pecker". Now I can watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report anytime I want to. Streaming video works great on wi-fi. Screen resolution is crisp. The speaker is tinny, but built in sound card for headphones is great. I'm not a techie - but I've used a lot of PC's in my life (my first was Tandy TL1000 XT/AT.) I'm older than Windows if that tells you anthing.
I love the light weight of this netbook. I am so excited - no more lugging around my heavy Dell Latitude laptop with old battery and huge ac adapter.
I plan to purchase a "mini-mouse" next. The touchpad is okay, but you have to do a lot of scrolling since the screen is small.
Great Little Netbook! April 14, 2010 J. Vilbert (Tulsa, OK) This is my first netbook and I love it. It's fast, good screen resolution, not so big so as to be inconvenient, and not so small that you can't see the keys or screen. I have no complaints at all except the battery life is not what they say it is. About 6 hours on the battery is all I am getting. But I would definitely recommend this one to my friends.
